Hey there! Welcome to Part 2 of this About me section. Here I’ll share with you my vision on life, why I created this website and how we should never take tomorrow for granted!
And thanks for not running off after my warning in Part 1 , I appreciate that. (Or in case you missed it, here is Part 1 of my biography)
Now why did I describe this part as more dark, mind fucking and all that?
So you might ask me: Dave aren’t we on a travel website, what’s up with this part?
Well I’d say because life ain’t just about the positive sides, most of us aren’t lucky enough to travel full time or do something that they love.
I try to keep it as real as possible😉
Life
So as I mentioned before in the previous part, it has been 6 years ago that I went to Asia..
Time flies by so fucking fast and just a few years from now I’m reaching my 30’s!
My 30’s??!!
Now sometimes I look at older people and I just can’t imagine how it be to reach that age.. (not trying to offend you if you are older, don’t get me wrong haha)
But I fully realize that those people also had those thoughts once, living their life in their 20’s.. having fun, partying and not thinking about the future too much.
And then life catches up with you, I think I’ve reached that phase where I understand now how damn fast life can go.
And there is still the uncertainty of how old you’ll actually become…
Who says I’m reaching my pension age, who says I’m getting old and I can reminiscence about my younger days.
The End and the End
All we’ve got in life is Death.. it is always watching us, a shadow we can’t shake off.
There will come a day it gets to me and to all of us.
Mr Death might be coming at us with high speed, casually walking or just fucking limping but he will catch up to us.
It made me realise all too much that I need to change what I’m doing, hunt down my dreams and live a life that sets my soul on fire!
